Bulimia Nervosa
is another illness which is linked to low self esteem and an inability to cope with worries and emotional issues, as are all eating disorders. It is actually more common than anorexia, but can be more easily concealed, as sufferers can stay at a normal weight or just above it. That does not make it less of a serious illness. The side effects and consequences of it can be very serious. Unfortunately, it can go unnoticed for a long time making the person feel very low, ill and unhappy.
