POD is a free online learning platform for anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder. POD is a space to learn, share and find community through workshops, courses and forums.

Kirsty Copeland has visited our group and offers one to one support for anyone challenged by eating disorders or their carers. She has personal experience of an eating disorder and was trained by Carolyn Costin who set up Monte Nido, the first residential care facility in the USA.
